By opting to any of LogoBilt services, you’re agreeing to all the terms and conditions listed on this agreement.

Original Ethical Works & Intellectual Properties

All of LogoBilt projects are led by highly qualified and experienced creative designers, project managers, and lead design teams. Therefore, it is under LogoBilt oath to provide its clients with the best and the most qualified and original design concept. This rule applies to all of LogoBilt services or products.

Design Quality

LogoBilt do not practice the trend of copy and pasting, abstracting nor capturing design themes or shape elements from other companies, artists or any pre-existing layout or design. Instead, it is considerably reviewed for means of inspiration in order to produce an original design from scratch. Therefore, it is LogoBilt guarantee that all design mockups are original concepts.

Intellectual Properties

All clients (buyer of the service) shall be the owner of such intellectual property designed or created by LogoBilt team of designer(s), unless otherwise requested for ownership rights and intellectual property rights transfer to another individual. For this process, original owner of the design must send an email to erik@logobilt.com so that LogoBilt have record on file.

To ensure that you are getting the best and the most original design for any of the services, we ensure that our designers and developers are constantly following LogoBilt rules and regulations that highlights and defines the quality of an original design. Therefore, LogoBilt provides the guarantee that no two designs are ever created and no design concept is ever copied based on client competitor(s) or from LogoBilt archives.

Right to Refuse Service

As design and marketing agency provider, we hold the right to refuse certain types of projects. We may decline a project for multiple reasons and LogoBilt are not entitled to provide a reason as per to why a customer’s / clients request for services is denied.

Changes to our Privacy Policy and Terms

LogoBilt terms and conditions and right to privacy policy shall be updated here on this page. Customers and clients shall keep in mind that they should consider checking this page for new updates every 6 – 12 months.
